We ship to Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Area. We are working on expanding our shipping areas nationally and internationally. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive updates.
What shipping methods are available and what do they cost?
You safety and satisfaction is our first priority, so our shipping is safe and contact-less. We offer flat-rate shipping to the Greater Vancouver Area. We offer FREE SHIPPING in Vancouver for all orders $99 or over (and $10 off shipping for Greater Vancouver areas). Shipping rates are below.

$15 - Burnaby, Richmond
$20 - West Van, North Van, New West, Delta, Coquitlam, Pt Moody, Pt Coquitlam,
$25 - Tsawwassen, Ladner, White Rock, Surrey
$30 - Cloverdale

When will my order arrive? Can I order in advance for an occasion?
Cut off for Friday delivery is Wednesday at 12pm.
When you check out, you'll be asked to choose a delivery date and time. We generally require a two business day lead time as set by our partners, the Granville Island Merchants, to fulfill your order.
Depending on your order time and date, this means you could receive your goods 2-7 business days after your order. You can set the delivery date up to one month in advance. We do not delivery on holidays unless otherwise noted.
What's the delivery window?
The delivery window is between 11am-6pm on your chosen delivery date.
If you wish to upgrade from our regular delivery window to delivery by 2pm, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please kindly note that this request will be granted on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional delivery charge.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional shipping requests beyond what is noted above. If this this does not work for you, please contact us directly to discuss your options. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Do I have to be home for contact-less delivery?
All packages will be delivered using the "knock, drop and go" contact-less approach to eliminate interactions.
- For delivery to residences, the delivery person will knock or ring the doorbell and leave the package at the safest spot they can see near the door.
- For delivery to an apartment building, the resident will be called upon arrival, and the recipient will be asked to come down to receive the package. There will be no contact between the customer and the delivery person.

We currently have a two to four business day lead time, due to our fulfillment process with our Vendors. This ensures that your items arrive fresh on the day of your order. We are looking into offering next day shipping in the future. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive updates.
Our selection of cured meats and cheeses are kept refrigerated until just before shipping, when we slip them in a thermal bag with an ice pack, to ensure it gets to you safe. For baked goods, such as donuts, bagels, and breads, the items are freshly prepared by our partners to arrive to you in their optimal state.
In your cart, choose the dropdown option for PICKUP on your selected date. In the promo code area, type PICKUP.
Pickup is available on your chosen delivery date between 11:30am-3:30pm.

Parking on Granville Island is currently free. There is a loading zone parking space directly in front of our shop for your convenience.
*Please take special care to arrive during the pickup time. Our pickup location is not manned outside of pickup hours. If you miss your pickup time, you will be contacted to arrange an alternative, and restocking fees will apply to all perishable items.
