Bell-shaped noodles to take your pasta game to the next level!
Italian for “bellflowers”, Campanelle’s cone-like shape and ruffled edges cradle your favorite sauces beautifully. While not as popular as other short pastas, such as macaroni or penne, this fun “new”-dle is sure to impress and shines brightest with thicker sauces, such as bolognese. If you’re in the mood for something a little simpler, but still impressive, Zara’s fresh Campanelle can also be enjoyed with some sauteed veggies, garlic, olive oil and a hint of red chili flakes for a quick, yet sophisticated meal.
STORAGE: Zara’s fresh pastas can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 6 weeks.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a pot of generously salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add pasta and reduce to medium high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until desired doneness. Remove with a slotted spoon or use a colander. Remember to reserve some of the pasta water to help thicken your sauce! If cooking from frozen, follow the instructions above, and add 1-2 minutes to the cook time.
