Their honey dipped donuts are the first to be made every morning, when the dough is lightly worked and risen to the ideal consistency. The honey dipped are their lightest donuts, practically melting away when you bite into them. Lee’s signature honey glaze will put a twinkle in your eye with its shine and delicate sweet texture. Next up, the remaining dough from the honey dipped is reworked into Lee’s filled donuts, which require a bit more heftiness to hold the delicious filling. After a quick dip in the fryer, their chef will choose one of their delectable handmade jelly fillings, and finish it off with a light dusting of sugar. Every bite includes the tender dough, a fruity filling, and a touch of crunch from the sugar. Send a box to a friend to brighten their day! ABOUT LEE’S DONUTS
Handmade, classic donuts.

Alan and Betty-Ann Lee opened up Lee’s Donuts in 1979 with the goal of sharing the delicious old-fashioned handmade donuts they enjoyed as kids. Within this tight knit company, the superstars of the team, Alvin the baker and Carol the manager have been friends since elementary school, and have been working together at Lee’s for over 30 years. Owner Betty Ann has now hung up her apron for a much-deserved retirement on the other side of the counter, passing the famous donut company to new owners Allan and Celine Bacani. Allan grew up as a market kid (his father is Armando of Armando’s Meats), and Celine’s family had a series of bakeries around the city. They are truly dedicated to keeping Lee’s tradition of old fashioned classic donuts going strong for years to come. 

Each donut is made with a lot of love and meticulous work. Every day, they take the temperature of the air and the temperature of the flour, to determine what temperature of water to add to the dough, to make sure the yeast develops its rise properly. This ensures a light, fluffy donut that doesn’t absorb too much oil during frying. Their honey dip donut is legendary, but you can’t go wrong with any of their flavours. David Chang and Seth Rogen have even crowned their raspberry filled as “the perfect food” on their series “Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner”. Which explains the long lines you’ve often seen outside the Market. Now you can skip the line with these delectable donuts shipped directly to your door!
