SHIPPING

Where do you ship? 
We ship to Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Area. We are working on expanding our shipping areas nationally and internationally.  Make sure to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive updates.

What shipping methods are available and what do they cost?
You safety and satisfaction is our first priority, so our shipping is safe and contact-less.  We offer flat-rate shipping to the Greater Vancouver Area. We offer FREE SHIPPING in Vancouver for all orders $99 or over (and $10 off shipping for Greater Vancouver areas). Shipping rates are below. 

$10 - Vancouver
$15 - Burnaby, Richmond
$20 - West Van, North Van, New West, Delta, Coquitlam, Pt Moody, Pt Coquitlam, 
$25 - Tsawwassen, Ladner, White Rock, Surrey
$30 - Cloverdale
$35 - Langley

When will my order arrive? Can I order in advance for an occasion?
When you check out, you'll be asked to choose a delivery date and time. We generally require a two business day lead time as set by our partners, the Granville Island Merchants, to fulfill your order.

Depending on your order time and date, this means you could receive your goods 2-4 business days after your order. You can set the delivery date up to one month in advance. We do not delivery on holidays.

What's the delivery window?
The delivery window is between 12pm-7pm on your delivery date.

Do I have to be home for contact-less delivery?
All packages will be delivered using the "knock, drop and go" contact-less approach to eliminate interactions.

  • For delivery to residences, the delivery person will knock or ring the doorbell and leave the package at the safest spot they can see near the door.
  • For delivery to an apartment building, the resident will be called upon arrival, and the recipient will be asked to come down to receive the package. There will be no contact between the customer and the delivery person.
Can I pick up my order?
We are currently working to offer this option. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive updates.
Can I get next day shipping?
We currently have a two to four business day lead time, due to our fulfillment process with our Vendors. This ensures that your items arrive fresh on the day of your order. We are looking into offering next day shipping in the future. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive updates.
How do you ship the fresh/refrigerated items?
Our selection of cured meats and cheeses are kept refrigerated until just before shipping, when we slip them in a thermal bag with an ice pack, to ensure it gets to you safe. For baked goods, such as donuts, bagels, and breads, the items are freshly prepared by our partners to arrive to you in their optimal state.
 

GIFTING FAQ

How do I give a Gift Card?
Our virtual gift cards are valid for anything on our website and never expire. When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email with the gift card information. All you need to do is forward it to your recipient's email. We do not offer physical gift cards. *Please note: you will be asked to choose a delivery date when checking out. Regardless of the date you choose, you will receive an email shortly after your purchase with the gift card information.

Can I add a note to the receiver?
Yes, there is an area to type in a note when you check out. Simply enter "Note:" with your note to the receiver, and we'll add it to your order.  The notes are limited to 100 characters due to the amount of writing we can fit. Alternatively, send a beautiful Greeting Card by local artist Hilary Morris.

Can I request to remove pricing or invoices in gift orders?
The receiver of your gift will not receive any information on pricing in their order. We include a packing slip which shows the items included without pricing.

Can I ship to multiple people and addresses?
Absolutely! In order to ship to multiple addresses, you'll have to place a separate order for each address/receiver.

SELECTION

Can I order other Granville Island items?
What you see on our site is our current selection. We also release seasonal curated Market Boxes every month. If you have a product you'd love to see on our site, feel free to drop us a line.

Can I substitute an item in a gift package?
Each gift package is carefully curated by our team to highlight the best of Granville Island. We do not offer substitutions at this time, but you can curate your own package by selecting items a la carte.

I have a dietary restriction. What can I order?
Many of our items fit a variety of dietary restrictions. We include ingredients in our product descriptions whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee items are allergen-free due to the fulfillment of your order by our partners, the Granville Island Merchants.
