How It All Started
In the early days of the pandemic, when distance kept many of us apart, we asked ourselves:
What if we could deliver happiness — one gift at a time — while also supporting the local makers who give Vancouver its soul?
What began in 2020 as a way to spread joy during a difficult time has grown into a purpose-driven business rooted in one simple belief:
Life is better when we celebrate each other.
Today, Granville Island Delivery Co. helps individuals and businesses send handcrafted, hyper-local gifts that delight — all while championing the artisan community of Granville Island and beyond.

As the founder of Vancouver Foodie Tours, I’ve spent over a decade spotlighting the people and flavors that make Granville Island so special. This gifting business is an extension of that — a way to share the stories, talents, and heart of our local makers beyond the market walls.
