Ingredients:

  • Zara’s Linguine

  • Zara’s Fresh Basil Pesto

  • Fresh Basil* (optional)

Cook linguine according to package directions and drain, reserving some pasta cooking water. Combine pasta with your desired amount of pesto, adding some pasta water to loosen the sauce as needed. Garnish with fresh basil. Also great with grilled chicken or prawns!

Ingredients:

  • Zara’s Campanelle

  • Zara’s Sundried Tomato Pesto

  • Cherry Tomatoes*

  • Fresh Basil and/or Flatleaf Parsley*

  • Olive Oil"*

Cook campanelle according to package directions and drain, reserving some pasta cooking water. In the meantime, warm a skillet on medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add cherry tomatoes and heat until warmed through and outside is slightly blistered, being careful not to burn. Combine pasta with your desired amount of pesto and tomatoes, adding some pasta water to loosen the sauce as needed. Top with fresh herbs. Try this one with chorizo or spicy Italian sausage for a hot kick!

Ingredients:

  • Zara’s Crab & Lobster Ravioli

  • Butter*

  • Bread Crumbs*

  • Fresh Herbs of your choice*

  • Lemon Zest*

  • Salt & Pepper*

Boil the pasta as per the directions. Put a small amount of butter in a small skillet. Add the breadcrumbs to your skillet, season with salt and pepper. In a separate heavy bottom sauce pan, add a few tablespoons of butter over medium heat and melt. Stir and watch carefully as butter foams then browns, and remove from heat. Stir in fresh herbs and cooked ravioli. Top with breadcrumbs and lemon zest. Serve with lemon wedge if desired.
