What days of the week do you deliver?
All available delivery dates will be visible on our calendar upon checkout. For corporate or volume orders over 20 boxes we ship on any business day and determine the best courier based on your shipping needs and location. What's the delivery window?
The delivery window is between 8am-6pm on your chosen delivery date. (Please note that during peak holiday seasons November/December delivery times can not be guaranteed.)
If you wish to upgrade from our regular delivery window to delivery by 2pm, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please kindly note that this request will be granted on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional delivery charge.
Do you offer pick up?
We do not offer in-person pick up at this time.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Area. For corporate or volume orders over 20 boxes we deliver Canada wide please contact us at 604-728-5846 or email@example.com
What shipping methods are available and what do they cost?
Your safety and satisfaction is our first priority, so our shipping is safe and contact-less. We offer flat-rate shipping to the Greater Vancouver Area. For corporate or volume orders over 20 boxes, we determine the best courier based on your shipping needs and location and will provide shipping costs in our proposal. We offer FREE SHIPPING in Vancouver for all orders $99 or over (and $10 off shipping for Greater Vancouver areas). Shipping rates are below.
$10 - Vancouver
$15 - Burnaby, Richmond
$20 - West Van, North Van, New West, Delta, Coquitlam, Pt Moody, Pt Coquitlam
$25 - Tsawwassen, Ladner, White Rock, Surrey
$30 - Cloverdale
$35 - Langley
What time do I need to place my order?
We currently have a two business day lead time, due to our fulfillment process with our vendors. This ensures that your items arrive fresh on the day of your order. Orders must be placed by 12pm 2 days prior (Pacific standard time) to qualify for delivery.
Can I get next day shipping?
Due to the lead time with our vendors we currently do not offer next day shipping for orders with cured meats and cheeses. For orders WITHOUT our cured meats or cheeses please contact us at 604-728-5846 or email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate a next day delivery so long as it falls within our regular delivery schedule.
How do you ship the fresh/refrigerated items?
Our selection of cured meats and cheeses are kept refrigerated until just before delivery, when we slip them in a thermal bag with an ice pack, to ensure it gets to you safe. These items must be refrigerated upon receiving.
