Where and when do you deliver/ship?
Fresh Gift Boxes
Our fresh gift boxes with cheese, charcuterie or alcohol are delivered to the local Vancouver and Greater Vancouver areas, Monday - Friday between 10am and 6pm. These boxes are not available for Canada-wide delivery. If your postal code does not provide a delivery rate then we currently do not deliver to your area. The date you select at check out is the delivery date.
All other Gift Boxes
Our shelf stable gift boxes are available for Canada wide shipping Monday - Friday through Canada Post. Shipping options are selected at check out. The date you select will be the ship out date. You can then select your shipping service. Cut off for next day ship out is 10:30am the day prior.
For corporate or volume orders over 20 boxes, we ship on any business day and determine the best courier based on your shipping needs and location. Please contact us at 604-728-5846 or email@example.com. (Please see our Terms & Conditions for volume order lead times.)
Can I change my delivery window for Fresh Gift Boxes?
The delivery window is between 10am-6pm on your chosen delivery date. (Please note that during peak holiday seasons November/December delivery times can not be guaranteed.)
If you wish to upgrade from our regular delivery window to delivery by 2pm, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please kindly note that this request will be granted on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional delivery charge.
Do you offer pick up?
We do not offer in-person pick up at this time.
Where do you deliver?
Our Fresh Gift Boxes are delivered to Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Area. All other boxes are shipped Canada wide. For corporate or volume orders over 20 boxes, Canada wide delivery is available for some Gift Boxes. Please contact us at 604-728-5846 or email@example.com.
What shipping methods are available and what do they cost?
Gift Boxes $99 and above qualify for $10 off shipping within Canada. Fresh Gift Boxes delivery rates are calculated based on your postal code at the shopping cart. For Canada wide delivery, Canada Post rates and shipping options are displayed at check out.
For corporate or volume orders over 20 boxes, we determine the best courier based on your shipping needs and location and will provide shipping costs in our proposal. What time do I need to place my order?
For both local delivery Fresh Gift Boxes and Canada wide shipping Gift Boxes, orders must be placed by 10:30am PST on business days to qualify for next business day delivery or shipping.
How do you ship the fresh/refrigerated items?
Our selection of cured meats and cheeses are kept refrigerated until just before delivery, then packed in a thermal bag with an ice pack, to ensure it gets to you safe. These items must be refrigerated upon receiving.
Are there Shipping black out dates?
We do not deliver/ship on Statutory Holidays and these dates are reflected in our delivery calendar.
